Payment
| |
One-half of your rent is due within five days of holding your reservation. The remaining balance and registration form are due 30 days prior to check-in. |

A $200 deposit will be collected upon your arrival. We will return it to you by mail after our housekeeper has been through the house. |

Cancellations

Rent payments will be refunded only if enough notice is given to allow reserved time to be rented to another party. |
Check-In & Check-Out

We will send check-in instructions to you after we receive your final rent payment. On your departure day our housekeeper will arrive at the house at 9:45 am. Please leave the keys with her. |
No Smoking/No Pets

Our vacation rentals are smoke-free properties. Pets are not allowed. |
